Many common repairs — screen replacements, battery swaps, virus removal — are completed within 24 to 48 hours. More complex issues or repairs requiring special-order parts may take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when you drop off your device.
We access only what is necessary to perform the repair. We do not copy, share, or retain personal data. That said, we always recommend backing up your important files before any repair — even minor work can occasionally encounter unexpected complications.
We stand behind our workmanship. Parts and labor for most repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering the specific issue that was repaired. Note that this does not cover new problems unrelated to the original repair, accidental damage, or liquid intrusion after the repair.
We work on most major laptop brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, MSI, Samsung, and Microsoft Surface devices. We also service MacBooks, though some Apple repairs require specialized components and may take additional time.
If we cannot fix the problem we set out to repair, you will not be charged for the repair work. You may be charged for any parts consumed in the attempt if parts were installed, and we'll inform you of this possibility before proceeding. We believe that honesty about outcomes is essential to a trustworthy service.
