All repair services performed by Repair My PST are covered by a 90-day limited warranty on parts and labor from the date the device is returned to the customer. During this period, if the same issue recurs due to a defect in the parts we used or an error in our workmanship, we will re-examine the device and perform corrective work at no additional charge.
We charge a diagnostic fee for assessing devices. This fee covers the technician's time to examine the device and provide a diagnosis and repair recommendation. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the cost of the repair if you choose to proceed with service.
If you choose not to proceed with a recommended repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable. This covers the labor cost of the assessment work performed.

We will ask you to bring the device back in for inspection before any warranty repair or refund is processed. We do not issue refunds for services without first examining the device to assess the situation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Cash refunds are issued for cash payments.
We use quality replacement parts sourced from reputable suppliers. We will inform you of any relevant differences between OEM (original manufacturer) parts and quality aftermarket alternatives before proceeding with a repair. In some cases, OEM parts may not be commercially available, and we will discuss alternatives with you before proceeding.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Pennsylvania consumer protection laws or applicable federal law. If you believe a dispute has not been resolved fairly through our standard process, you may have recourse through the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection.
